I'm Courtney Henson, and I want to help you and your family see the world. In my role as a professional travel agent since 2019, I’ve planned more than 400 trips for my clients to destinations including Italy, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. I especially love to support families with children and travelers looking to broaden their horizons!
I became a travel agent to build on my experiences planning travel for my own family– Jared, my husband of nearly 22 years, and my sons Keller (17) and Beckett (14). I made an intentional effort to plan trips that would allow us to experience amazing places across the world because I believe it’s important to learn about different cultures and ways of life. Together, we want to see as many new places around the world as possible.
My goal is to help you and your family do the same by providing exceptional travel services, including research, planning, booking and travel management. You can trust me to plan amazing trips that accommodate you and your family in all aspects of travel.
I think it’s important for us to teach our children about different cultures and ways of life, from food to fun and everything in between.
One of my favorite travel memories with my husband and two sons is exploring the UK and Switzerland together. Experiencing new cultures as a family—whether wandering historic streets or taking in the Alps—created moments we’ll always treasure.
My green earrings from Scotland, made from heather– a popular material that can be dyed many colors and formed into jewelry. I also recently became a tea drinker after discovering Ronnefeldt Rhubard-Creme tea, affectionately called Granny’s Garden, while attending afternoon tea in Ireland.
Visiting England, Scotland, and Ireland in 2023. Our family golfed, rode Clydesdales and ATVs, toured castles, and hiked through these amazing countries. We can’t wait to go back!

- Gather your travel preferences, priorities, budget, and special requests.
- Research destinations that align with your interests.
- Once a destination is selected, identify accommodations and resorts that best match your expectations and needs.
- Prepare detailed quotes including accommodations, airfare (if applicable), transfers, transportation, excursions, dining options, tours, and more.
- Book any and all components of the trip you’d like me to handle.
- Apply deposits and payments, provide receipts and booking confirmations, and ensure everything is paid in full on time.
- Deliver a pre-travel folder with all documentation, travel vouchers, receipts, and important details.
- Provide guidance on entry/exit requirements if applicable.
- Offer personalized support before your trip to help you feel confident and well-prepared.
- Remain available during your travels for any questions or minor issues that may come up.
- Follow up after your trip to hear how everything went and gather your feedback.
- Plan your park days and events according to both your requests and what is most time efficient
- Book your dining reservations (if desired)
- Book your special event reservations (if desired)
- Book your Enchanting Extras (if desired); examples include Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Droid and Light Saber sessions, tee times for golf or mini-golf, spa treatments, etc
- Provide training for My Disney Experience app
- Help you understand and learn to navigate the MDE app, Disney Genie, Individual Lightning Lanes, and Premier Pass
- Provide personal assistance and advice on all things Disney
- I do not add anything to the cost of a WDW vacation; you will pay the exact same price for this trip as if you booked it through Disney’s site, but you would not get any of the above services by going that route.
